摘 要：在对航空制造企业充分调研的基础上，根据基于工作过程导向的课程体系开发流程，对飞机制造技术专业进行了典型工作任务的分析，提炼了岗位职业能力；划分了行动领域，转化为学习领域；按照职业成长规律和学习认知规律，形成了专业框架教学计划；并设计出学习情境和优化了的教学实施方案；最终形成了新的学习领域课程方案。新的课程内容与职业岗位技能对接，加强职业能力培养和实践训练，缩短了与职业岗位要求的距离，充分体现了高职的职业性特点，有利于学生实践能力、创新能力和岗位迁移能力的培养，符合高职教育的人才培养目标。

Based on Working Process Oriented Curriculum System Development of Aircraft Manufacturing Technology

Abstract：In aviation manufacturing enterprises based on sufficient investigation， based on working process oriented curriculum development process， the aircraft manufacturing technology was carried out analysis of the typical tasks， refining the post occupation skills； Dividing the action field， into the learning area ； according to the occupation of growth law and study cognitive regularity， formed a professional teaching plan framework； and design of learning situation and optimize the teaching implementation plan； eventually formed a new learning field curriculum. New curriculum and occupation post skill butt， strengthen the occupation ability training and practical training， and shortened the distance occupation requirements， fully embodies the characteristics of higher vocational education occupation， is conducive to students' practice ability， innovation ability and job migration ability， consistent with the training objectives of Higher Vocational education.

1 前言

随着科学技术的发展，飞机制造技术从手工劳动、半机械化、机械化向数控化、柔性化、自动化技术方向发展，飞机制造设备的技术含量越来越高，原有飞机制造技术力量无论是从知识结构上，还是数量上都难以满足新形势发展的需要，随着中国低空领域的开放，航空制造企业急需更新原有人才结构，引进大批飞机制造技术方面的高技能应用型人才。然而，目前国内多数航空职业院校的教学仍然采用传统的课堂教学模式，学生缺乏实践经验，毕业后，需要用人单位进行较长时间的上岗培训，从而使人才培养周期过长，难以满足用人单位需求。

工作过程导向的课程体系开发是按照工作过程六要素开发基于知识应用的课程。……
