[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的应用效果。 方法 选取本院2012年1月～2013年12月进行无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的患者216例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各108例。观察组在检查前、中、后有针对性地实施护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。评价两组患者的护理满意度，比较患者检查过程中的相关质量指标。 结果 观察组患者的满意率为100%，高于对照组的81%（P<0.01）；胃肠道准备质量满意率、术中生命体征平稳率、检查后的自我感觉良好率均高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.01）。 结论 护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的应用效果良好，有利于无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查安全顺利地完成，可提高患者的满意度及护理质量。

Application effect of nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy examination

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy examination. Methods 216 patients with gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy examination from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and they were divided into the observation group (n=108) and the control group(n=108).The control group was given the targeted nursing intervention before,during and after examination while the control group was given the routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups was evaluated,and the related quality indicators during examination in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group (100%) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01)，quality satisfaction rate of preparation of gastrointestinal tract,vital signs stable rate during operation and the good rate of self feeling in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy examination is good,it is advantageous to the painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy done safely and smoothly.It can improve the satisfaction and quality of patient care.

随着消化内镜技术的快速发展，内镜检查逐渐成为诊治消化系统疾病的重要检查技术。内镜检查是一种侵入性检查，患者检查过程中会比较痛苦，甚至不能耐受，影响检查结果。目前在各医院静脉麻醉下行无痛胃肠镜检查已普遍开展，减少了患者检查过程中的痛苦，提高了耐受性。为了满足那些因病情需要同时检查胃镜和肠镜的患者，也为了适应患者的要求，在患者身体条件许可的情况下，本院开展了无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的项目。在同一诊室、一次静脉麻醉下完成两种检查，既减少了再次麻醉的风险和带来的不良反应，又体现了此检查方式的安全性和临床应用的优越性，同时也体现了医疗护理的人性化。……
