[摘要] 目的 观察超声用于类风湿性关节炎（RA）治疗后评价的应用价值。 方法 选取34例RA患者，采用高频超声检测治疗前后膝关节基本数据及血流信号，对数据进行统计学比较。 结果 治疗前后膝关节的最大积液深度、滑膜厚度、血流信号等指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 超声用于RA的治疗后评价，能够准确反映治疗后关节积液量、滑膜厚度、滑膜血流量的变化，具有直观、准确、简便、可重复的特点，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application value of ultrasound for evaluation after treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 34 patients with RA were selected,and basic data and blood flow signal of knee joint before and after treatment was detected by high-frequency ultrasound,the data were compared statistically. Results There was a statistical difference of maximum depth of effusion,synovial thickness,blood flow signals and other indicators before and after treatment in patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound used for evaluation after treatment can accurately reflect the change of joint effusion quantity,synovial thickness,synovial blood flow after treatment,and it intuitive,accurate,simple and repeatable.It is worthy of popularization and application.

类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）早期主要表现为滑膜充血、水肿，随着滑膜增生和血管翳的形成，逐渐侵蚀并破坏关节软骨和软骨下骨质，最终导致关节硬化和畸形。超声检查能够清晰地反映RA的组织病理变化，常用于各型RA的辅助检查诊断[1-2]。本研究以34例RA患者为研究对象，观察和比较了超声评价用于RA诊断及治疗后评价的应用价值，旨在为今后的工作提供依据。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2011年3月~2013年6月收治的34例RA患者（共68个关节），其中男性13个，女性55个，年龄13～73（47.5±15.5）岁，病程1～7（2.5±1.1）年。入选标准：①符合美国1987年类风湿诊断标准；②临床资料完整清楚；③病程＞6个月。排除标准：①既往存在骨折外伤史；②既往存在其他自身免疫性疾病史；③既往存在严重感染史。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 超声及其他检查本组患者均采用百胜L60彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，低速血流模式，线阵式探头，频率为10 MHz。患者取坐位，伸膝，对左右膝关节内外侧及髌上囊进行直接扫查。……
