[摘要] 目的 探讨康复新液外用联合创面氧疗治疗放射性皮炎的效果。 方法 将52例2、3级急性放射性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规创面氧疗，观察组在氧疗的基础上给予康复新液外用，比较两组创面的愈合时间。 结果 观察组的2、3级创面愈合时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 康复新液外用联合创面氧疗治疗放射性皮炎能明显缩短创面愈合时间。

Effect observation of external application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of external application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis. Methods 52 cases of patients with acute radiodermatitis(degree of 2 and 3)were randomly divided into control group and observation group,26 cases in each group.Conventional wound oxygen therapy was used in control group,on the basis of oxygen therapy,external application of Kangfuxin liquid was used in observation group.The wound healing time in the two groups was compared. Results 2,3-level wound healing time in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion External application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis can obviously shorten the healing time of wound.

放射治疗是治疗肿瘤的重要手段之一，放射性皮肤损伤是肿瘤患者在放射治疗中不可避免的治疗反应[1]，既影响放疗的连续性和效果，又降低患者的生存质量[2]。严重的放射性皮炎可引起患者疼痛，导致局部或全身感染，延长病程，影响肿瘤的治疗效果，给患者增加身心痛苦与经济负担，因此，如何加强放射治疗期间的皮肤护理，使放疗得以顺利进行至关重要[3]。本院肿瘤科自2011年10月起对2、3级急性放射性皮炎使用康复新液外用联合局部创面氧疗进行干预，与单纯创面氧疗比较，观察两者的效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2011年10月～2013年12月在肿瘤科行放射治疗期间出现2、3级急性放射性皮炎的患者52例，男33例，女19例；年龄35～68岁；食管癌25例，直肠癌21例，肺癌5例，阴茎癌1例；放射性皮肤缺损面积为2 cm×3 cm～5 cm×8 cm。将52例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各26例，观察组放射性皮炎2级21例，3级5例；对照组放射性皮炎2级19例，3级7例。……
