[摘要] 中药注射剂，是一种我国中医学独创的临床应用剂型，对感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病以及急危重症抢救等具有非常重要的作用和意义。本文就目前影响静脉用中药注射剂安全性的因素进行简要的总结和分析，分别对中药制剂自身的质量影响和临床应用的安全性影响进行了探讨。并研究提出加强中药注射剂安全性的措施，分别从完善中药注射剂的生产工艺、强化有害物质的检测、加强对药材原料的质量监管以及提高中药注射剂配伍的合理性来分析，从而不断提高中药注射剂临床应用的稳定性和安全性，降低患者不良反应的发生率，推动中药注射剂的长效、健康发展。

Investigate the safety of intravenous injections with traditional Chinese medicine

[Abstract] Traditional Chinese medicine injection is a unique clinical dosage in Chinese medicine. It has a very important role and significance in the treatment of infectious diseases, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and acute and rescue critically ill patients etc.In this paper,the factors of currently affecting the safety of Chinese medicine intravenous injection were summarized and analyzed. The effect of Chinese medicine preparations quality and the effect of clinical application security were respectively explored. And proposed to the measures to strengthen the security of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Respectively analyzed improving the production process of traditional Chinese medicine injections,strengthen the detection of harmful substances,strengthen quality supervision of medicinal raw materials and improve the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections compatibility.Thereby increasing the stability and security of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical application,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, promote traditional Chinese medicine injections long-term and healthy development.

中医药学，是我国民族文化特有的灿烂瑰宝，对我国的医疗事业的发展以及中华民族的繁衍昌盛起到了举足轻重的重要意义和作用。而中药注射剂作为我国中医学独创的新型临床药剂，具有极大的临床应用价值和国际市场的开拓价值。然而随着诸如鱼腥草注射剂叫停、龙胆泻肝丸具有致肾毒性等一系列新闻事件的发生，中药注射剂的安全性问题已经成为我国中医领域中亟待解决的重要问题之一[1-2]。本文就目前我国静脉用中药注射剂安全性的影响因素进行简单的分析和总结，并就如何提高中药注射剂的安全性提出自己的建议和看法，以期更好的确保和强化中药注射剂的临床应用效果，从而不断促进和推动静脉用中药注射剂的安全性、稳定性、有效性发展，现将结果报道如下。……
