[摘要] 目的 探讨中药饮片和中药配方颗粒治疗风热感冒引起的各个症状临床疗效观察。 方法 选择风热感冒患者106例，按随机原则分为两组，治疗组服用中药配方颗粒，对照组服用相同配方组成的传统中药饮片，服药方法和用药疗程均相同，并进行临床疗效观察。 结果 中药配方颗粒在治疗风热感冒引起各种症状时，总有效率与传统中药饮片相似，能显著改善风热感冒所引起的各个症状。 结论 中药配方颗粒在治疗风热感冒引起各种症状时可以替代传统中药饮片，且服用及携带方便。

Clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal pieces and Chinese formula granules in treatment of patients with wind-heat cold

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal pieces and Chinese formula granules in the treatment of wind-heat cold induced symptoms. Methods 106 patients with wind-heat cold were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received Chinese formula granules and the control group received traditional Chinese herbal pieces containing the same formula. Both the administration method and medication course were the same. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results In the treatment of wind-heat cold induced symptoms, Chinese formula granules had the same total effective rate as Chinese herbal pieces and can significantly improve all the symptoms induced by heat-wind cold. Conclusion Chinese formula granules can replace Chinese herbal pieces in the treatment of wind-heat cold induced symptoms and are convenient to take and carry.

随着科技的不断进步，传统中药饮片在临床应用过程中也在发生着变化。中药配方颗粒也叫“免煎中药饮片”“单味中药浓缩颗粒”“中药新型颗粒饮片”等[1]，它是在中医药理论指导下，经过先进的中药生产设备进行净选加工、提取浓缩、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成的，由于其携带和服用方便等优点，近年来在临床上得到了较为广泛应用，受到部分患者尤其是年轻患者的信赖[2-3]。本文通过对中药配方颗粒和传统中药饮片在治疗风热感冒的临床疗效进行了观察研究，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

收集我院2012年4~6月份门诊风热感冒患者106例，随机分为治疗组53例，男26例，女27例，平均年龄41.3岁；对照组53例，男25例，女28例，平均年龄42.1岁。两组性别、年龄比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。……
