[摘要]目的 通过对各年龄组患者进行检查诊断，分析发病原因，以便指导眼疲劳患者的诊断及治疗。 方法 选择单纯以眼疲劳症状为主诉来我院门诊就诊的 317 例患者，按其年龄分组对发病原因进行统计分析。 结果 中老年组（40岁以上）228例，其中单纯性老视患者112例（49.1%）， 屈光不正伴老视84例（36.8%），其他病例分别为调节集合功能异常、眼肌功能异常（1.3%）、高眼压（2.6%）和屈光介质混浊（0.9%）。青少年组（未满40岁）89例，其中单纯屈光不正45例（38.5%），单纯干眼症39例（31.9%），屈光不正合并干眼症8例（12.1%），其他病例分别为眼肌功能异常（4.5%）和高眼压（1.1%）。 结论 老年人患者中，眼疲劳发病原因常见为老视眼，以及白内障所致的屈光不正， 可通过个性化的验光配镜得以缓解，也可以考虑尽早行白内障手术治疗以解决屈光不正。在年轻患者中，屈光不正和干眼症是引起眼疲劳的主要原因。对眼疲劳患者需要进行详细的检查，明确病因并对症治疗。

The analysis of cause of vision fatigue in317 casesof out-patient

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the causes and clinical features of vision fatigye.in order to guide the diagnosis and treatment of patients with eye fatigue. Methods A retrospective study on the clinical information of 317 patients,to find out the causes of vision fatigue in groups devided by age. Results middle age group(40 years old up) 228 cases,112 patients with simple presbyopia(49.1%),refractive errors with presbyopia 84 cases(36.8%),classification of other cases are based on abnormal functions,muscle dysfunction(1.3%), high intraocular pressure(2.6%) and refractive media opacity(0.9%).Youth(under 40 years) 89 cases, of which only 45 cases of refractive errors(38.5%),39 cases of dry eye alone(31.9%),dry eye refractive errors combined in 8 cases(12.1%),other cases namely muscle dysfunction(4.5%) and ocular(1.1%). Conclusion Presbyopia is the main cause of of eye fatigue in older peoples cases,and cataracts caused by refractive errors can be alleviated through personalized optometry, can also considered early cataract surgery to resolve the refractive errors.In younger patients, refractive error and dry eye syndrome is the main cause eye fatigue. Eye fatigue patients need to conduct a detailed examination, a clear cause and symptomatic treatment.

眼疲劳是在眼科门诊中患者较为常见的主诉症状，主要临床表现为近距离工作或阅读不能持久、易疲劳，出现眼胀、眼困、干涩、流泪、眉弓酸痛、头晕等，以上症状可在休息后缓解，影响了患者的正常工作生活。由于其病因较为复杂，给临床诊治带来一定的困难，易被误诊或漏诊，给病人带来痛苦和精神负担。为了了解眼疲劳的特点，本研究收集了2012年9月～2014年1月我院眼科门诊以主诉为眼疲劳的317例病例进行临床特点及病因分析，并总结临床治疗效果。……
