摘 要：城镇化与土地利用是转型期区域发展的两大重要主题，城镇化水平是衡量国家与区域综合实力与发展软件实力的重要指标，而城镇化进程的土地承载约束成为新时期城镇化推进的重要制约因子，因此，如何协调城镇化与土地利用的关系，是新时期区域发展与研究的热点问题。在梳理国内外相关研究成果的基础上，以武汉市为例，通过协整检验、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应分析和方差分解分析等方法分析与测度武汉市城镇化对土地利用的影响，探讨武汉市城镇化与土地利用协调发展的路径。

Abstract：Urbanization and land use are the two theme of regional development during the transition development period. And the level of urbanization has become an important index to measure the state and regional comprehensive strength and development soft-power， at the same time， land resource constraint is main restricting factor of urbanization. Therefore， it is hot problem to coordinate the relationship between urbanization and land utilization in the new period. Based on the related research results， took Wuhan Municipality as an example， applied co integration test， Granger causality test， impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis to analyze and measure the impact between urbanization and land utilization of Wuhan， and to develop the coordinated development path.

21世纪是城市的世纪，城市化则是21世纪的主题，城市化水平是衡量国家、区域综合实力、软实力水平的核心指标。同时，城镇化是一个多指标的演化的累积与发展过程，伴随城镇化进程的经济结构、社会结构、生活方式、资源环境等将发生根本性的转变，因此，经济指标、人口指标、生活指标、资源环境响应等是评价城镇化水平的重要内容。统计资料显示，我国已步入快速城市化阶段，由中国科学院可持续发展战略研究组主持编写的《2012中国新型城市化报告》显示，2011年的中国内地城市化率首次突破50%，达到了51.27%，城镇人口首次超过农村人口，达到6.9亿[1]，这意味着中国城镇人口首次超过农村人口，中国城市化进入关键发展阶段。根据中国市长协会发布的《中国城市发展报告》2012卷显示，截止2012年年底，我国城镇化率已在52.57%。……
