[摘要] 目的 探讨中医序贯循时疗法治疗功能性不孕的临床疗效。方法 根据随机数字法，将我院64例功能性不孕患者分为对照组（调经促孕丸联合复方玄驹胶囊）和观察组（中医序贯循时疗法），每组各32例，3个月为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，观察和比较两组治疗的临床疗效。结果 与传统调经促孕治疗相比，中医序贯循时疗法的总有效率明显升高（93.75% vs 75.00%，P<0.05）。结论 中医序贯循时疗法治疗功能性不孕的疗效显著，明显提高受孕率。

Efficacy and clinical experience of Chinese medicine sequential treatment for functional sterility

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine sequential treatment for functional sterility. Methods 64 patients with functional sterility in our hospital were randomized into the control group（Tiaojing cuyun pill and compound Xuanju capsule） and the observation group（Chinese medicine sequential treatment） according to the random number， 32 patients per group. The three months was one treatment period and the total treat included two treatment periods. The clinical efficacy in the two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results Compared with the traditional Tiaojing cuyun therapy， the total effective rate of Chinese medicine sequential treatment was significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference（93.75% vs 75.00%， P<0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine sequential treatment has the significant clinical efficacy for functional sterility and obviously increases the pregnant success rate.

近年来，随着生活压力的增大，环境污染的加重，不孕症的发病率也呈逐年增高趋势，不仅影响着患者自身，还会对其家庭和社会带来沉重负担[1-2]。有报道称，在我国，功能性不孕症的发病率占不孕症的5%左右[3]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将2010年2月～2013年2月期间我院64例功能性不孕患者，根据随机数字法分为对照组（调经促孕丸联合复方玄驹胶囊）和观察组（中医序贯循时疗法），每组各32例。32例对照组患者中，年龄22～38岁，平均（28.0±6.0）岁，病程1～8年，平均（4.0±2.0）年，其中排卵功能障碍23例、黄体功能不全9例；32例观察组患者中，年龄23～39岁，平均（28.5±6.5）岁，病程1～7年，平均（3.5±2.0）年，其中排卵功能障碍22例、黄体功能不全10例。两组在年龄、病程、病因方面比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。研究对象均有不同程度肾虚脾弱、月经量少、腰膝酸软、神疲乏力、性欲降低、脉细等症状和体征，符合WHO相关诊断标准，排除器质性不孕、妇科炎症型不孕患者。

对照组：给予调经促孕丸联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。……
