摘要：土木建筑工程是一个国家的基础性产业，涉及范围十分广泛，在当前我国经济高速的时期，没有土木建筑工程所提供的空间和设施，一切生活生产就无从谈起。尤其近年以来，我国的城镇人口迅速增加，房地产行业发展迅速，城市格局基本实现了现代化，各种高层建筑逐渐增多，随之而来的是各种建筑病害的出现。由于建筑材料和施工地质结构等因素的影响，土木建筑工程极容易形成裂缝和渗透，而注浆技术正是解决这一问题的有效手段。本文将针对我国高层建筑背景下的土木建筑病害进行分析，提出注浆施工技术的见解和方法。

建筑行业是我国的支柱产业，在经济发展中起到决定性的作用。建国以后，我国的建筑市场逐渐开放，大大刺激了土木建筑工程的发展，建筑行业占全国固定资产投资的60%，极大的促进了产业链上下游的发展和完善。

为了适应人们对现代化高层建筑的功能需求和质量要求，建筑企业开始在施工技术方面展开竞争角逐，以保证市场竞争力。在这一背景下，土木建筑工程的各项工艺和施工方法也得到了发展，注浆技术的广泛应用，对常见的裂缝、渗漏等问题提出了很好的解决方案。
