摘要：本文通过引言，对我国建筑设备安装施工概况进行了归纳总结。在此基础上，主要从建筑设备安装施工现场事故分类及其影响、建筑设备安装施工安全管理存在的问题两个方面进行了阐述，并针对当前安全施工管理存在的问题，笔者从建立安全组织机构、加强现场民工管理、加强“三级”安全教育、加大安全专项资金投入和建立统一安全管理标准五个方面提出了自己的看法，希望可以对建筑设备安装施工现场安全管理起到一定的引导作用。

Abstract: In this paper, Introduction of construction equipment, installation and construction profiles are summarized. Installation of construction site accident classification and its impact on this basis, mainly from construction equipment, construction equipment installation construction safety management problems in two aspects are described, and construction management for the current security problems in the author from the establishment of security organizations enhance on-site management of migrant workers, to strengthen the three safety education, increase the safety of special funding and the establishment of the five aspects of the unified security management standards put forward their own views, I hope to play a boot installed on construction equipment, construction site safety management role.Key words: construction equipment, installation and construction; site; safety management

1 引言

近幾年来，我国建筑设备安装施工业总产值平均以8%左右的速度增长，已经成为国民经济的重要支柱之一。经过体制改革和产业调整，我国建筑设备安装施工业已经形成了三个层次：第一层次是工程总承包，第二层次是施工承包和专业承包，第三层次是劳务承包。如此的产业规模、发展速度、结构布局和施工层次以及庞大的施工现场和施工队伍，给建筑设备安装施工业安全生产管理带来了相当大的困难。

2 建筑设备安装施工现场事故分类及其影响

根据建筑设备安装施工现场导致安全事故的直接原因进行分类，目前我国主要的建筑安全事故类型分别是高处坠落、电击伤害、起重伤害、物体打击和机械伤害。每年发生在建筑设备安装施工过程中的各种意外伤害事故，不仅给受到伤害的个人及其家庭带来了无法估量的损失，还对施工企业和建筑项目的业主带来了巨大的经济损失和法律责任。……
