摘要：在建筑工程建设中，合理的工程造价计划是节约成本提高效益的有效保障，也是工程建设过程中不可缺少的一个重要环节。建筑工程项目中影响工程造价的因素有很多，其中设计前期工作对建筑造价控制有着很深的影响。但是，目前的建筑实践中，人们往往忽略设计前期工作对工程造价的影响，继而对整个建筑工程的造价控制产生消极影响。本文就来探讨设计前期工作对建筑造价控制的影响，以此来引起人们的重视，为制定更合理的建筑造价控制提供有效的建议。

一、工程造价

工程造价是指发包工程的承包价格，实际上主要是指施工项目的承包价格。它与建筑企业有着密切联系，是建筑企业保证效益收入的一个必要举措，是建筑工程在施工期间必须要时刻遵守的一个标准。

从某种意义上说，工程造价水平如何，代表着一个企业的管理水平如何，影响着一个企业的生产经营建设，对企业在未来发展中能否有一个美好的前景有着不可替代的影响。所以，建筑公司要不断优化企业管理，加强工程造价管理，充分认识影响造价管理的各个因素，因地制宜制定合理的工程造价计划。
