摘要:建筑施工管理是一种具有特定目标、资源及时间限制和复杂的专业工程技术背景的一次性管理事业，是对工程项目全过程进行的高水平的、科学的、系统的管理活动。本文结合当今建筑施工管理的特点、现状以及实际施工管理中的常见问题，阐述了对建筑施工管理中的应重视的环节：安全管理、施工技术管理以及质量管理等几方面的认识，并制订了如何提高建筑施工管理水平的方法及策略。关键词: 建筑施工；管理水平；方法及策略

Abstract: the construction management is a kind of specific goals, with resources and time limit and complex professional engineering and technical background of one-time management career, is in the engineering project process of high level, scientific and systematic management activities. Combining with the construction of the construction management characteristics, current situation and the actual construction management of common problems, expounds the construction management should be paid attention to in the link: safety management, construction technology management and quality management in such aspects as understanding, and worked out how to improve the management level of construction methods and strategies.
