摘要：环境保护并不是一个新鲜的话题，但是现如今却成为我们人类的头等大事。不可否认，环境保护是一个庞大的、系统性的工程，关系着千千万万人的命运，所以，这也需要所有人的配合与努力。：环境监测是为企业全面开展环境管理工作提供准确、可靠的监测数据和资料，为政府的环境决策提供科学依据，本文结合内蒙的实际情况探讨环境保护工程中的环境监测工作。

Abstract: Environmental protection is not a new topic, but now it has become a top priority of our humanity. 环境监测是科学管理环境和环境执法监督的基础。环境监测是环境保护必不可少的基础性工作。通过环境监测可以搞清楚污染物种类和分布状况，明确污染途径，预测污染变化趋势，预警可能出现的环境问题。环境监测在正确认识环境质量，解决现存或潜在的环境问题，改善生活环境和生态环境，协调人类和环境的关系，最终实现人类的可持续發展中起着举足轻重的作用。

1 内蒙古自治区目前环境现状分析

实现可持续发展是人们一直关注的问题，环境保护是实现可持续发展的重要举措。内蒙在环保工作上取得了不小的成就，但仍然存在一些问题，自治区环境保护工作虽然取得了一定的成就，但是与可持续发展理念还有一些距离，与我们期望的“蓝天碧水”的家园环境同样存在很大距离。城市污水处理厂和垃圾处理厂不正常运行、畜禽养殖污染问题、地方政府出台的违反环境法律法规的“土政策”、违规建设“高载能工业园区”和其他类型的“工业园区”。……
