摘 要：地下室防水作为实用性非常强的一项系统工程，其防水施工技术要求难度相对而言也非常大。多年来，困扰广大设计者、施工方，用户的建筑工程质量一个通病就是防水工程。地下防水不仅只是为了满足建筑物使用功能的基本要求，更为重要的是在一定程度上决定了建筑物的结构安全和使用寿命，这个同时也关乎建筑物的使用价值。本文是从个人角度出发，总结自身工作经验，再结合实际情况，和大家共同进行地下室防水这方面的探讨。

Abstract: The basement waterproof as a very strong practical system project, its waterproof construction technology difficulty is also relatively very big. Over the years, the construction engineering quality common problem worried by the vast number of designers, construction mans and users is the waterproof engineering. Underground waterproofing is not only to meet the basic requirements of building use function, but also to a certain extent determines the buildings structural safety and prolong the service life, and it also decides the buildings use value. This article from the personal perspective, sums up their experience, combined with the actual situation, and discusses the basement waterproof with us.

近年来，地下室和地下工程在建筑工程中占据着越来越重要的地位，地下防水工程也越来越受到人们的关注。下面我就地下防水工程施工中应遵循的几个原则进行阐述：①预防为主，多道设防，刚柔并济的原则：②对于细部构造防水，不容忽视的原则。[1]

总的来说，有两个决定性的因素影响着防水工程尤其是地下防水：①设计问题：②施工问题。目前，很少有设计者对防水工程要求采用何种建筑材料和确定防水工程的等级画出节点构造做法和细部构造大样。 因此也就无法从源头上去规范地下室防水工程的一些做法，从这点上来看，设计者对于地下室防水起着至关重要的作用。第二点就是施工方面的问题了，施工单位，尤其是那些总包单位承接工程后只是根据规定随随便便去找一个具有资质的防……
