摘要：我国经济的快速发展加快了我国城镇规划的脚步，为我国建筑工程市场带来了广阔的发展空间。建筑工程施工现场是建筑企业实现经济效益和完成产值的作业场所，加强现场管理是施工企业管理工作的首要任务。因此，加强施工现场管理，提高企业的管理水平，越来越受到建筑行业主管部门和施工企业的重视。

Abstract: The rapid development of the economy our country accelerates the town planning steps, it brings the broad development space for the Chinese construction market. The project construction site is the workplace of achieving the economic efficiency and output for the construction enterprise, strengthening the field management is the primary task of construction enterprise management work. Therefore, strengthening the construction site management, improving the enterprises management level are paid more and more attention for the construction industry departments and construction enterprise.

土建工程项目现场管理是工程项目管理中的一个重要组成部分，它是将原材料、劳动力等要素进行有机组合的建筑行业诸多关键过程中的极为重要的环节。土建工程现场施工管理质量的高低将直接决定工程主体项目的建设质量，关系建设安全和影响工程整体造价的高低。因此，以提高土建工程施工现场管理的技术水平为目的，对现场管理的方法及其优化策略进行深入的探索和研究，并在此基础上提出土建工程项目现场管理模式和改进措施，无论在对降低整体工程造价、减少因材料浪费等带来的工程成本的增加方面，还是在提高整体工程项目的经济效益和提升企业在全行业的美誉度方面，都具有重要的理论意义和重大的现实意义。
