摘要：随着经济社会的发展，节能已成为建筑业发展的大趋势，所谓的节能设计，不能只局限于施工图纸设计阶段，而应当贯穿在建筑设计包括生产、建设、运行在内的全过程。本文对整体方案设计中与节能相关的几个关键点进行分析，以具体实施建筑设计中的节能思想，实现建筑业的可持续发展，为构建和谐社会提供基本保障。

Abstract: With the economic and social development, energy conservation has become a big trend of the development of construction industry, the so-called energy-saving design, can not be confined to the design phase of construction drawings, should be run through the entire process, including production, construction, operation, including the architectural design. 建筑业的能耗包括了采暖、通风、热水、照明、家用电器、电梯和其它设备等多方面，目前这部分的能耗值占到了全国社会终端总能耗的27.6%，由于人们生活质量持续改善，对生活舒适度要求不断提高，建筑能耗占比将继续攀升。在这个背景下，响应国家建设节能型社会的号召，在建筑中贯彻实施节能思想和策略，是大势所趋，具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。事实上，节能必须综合考量，一座建筑在生产建材或投入运行时消耗大量能源，或者排放过多有害物质破坏循环再生系统，即便它的各项技术指标符合有关的节能规范，也不能算是真正的节能。在这个层面上来说，建筑方案设计上的节能考量具有非常重要的意义。
