1 梁柱节點不同强度等级混凝土的常见施工方法

1.1 不同等级混凝土邻接面的留设 在钢筋混凝土结构中，高层建筑框架结构的梁柱节点比较复杂，由于荷载组合及内力计算的结果，要求同一层的竖向结构(柱、墙)混凝土强度等级高于水平结构(梁、板)的混凝土强度等级。钢筋混凝土框架结构，水平施工缝通常留于柱脚，柱顶若要留水平施工缝则应留于梁底。若同层的竖向构件和水平构件的混凝土同时浇捣，则柱顶不留施工缝。

1.2 梁柱不同强度等级混凝土分别浇捣的施工 根据高层建筑多数使用商品混凝土或现场搅拌站泵送浇捣的情况，柱节点核心区的混凝土浇捣方法为：不管柱顶留或不留施工缝，均应先用塔吊吊斗或混凝土泵输送柱等级的混凝土就位，分层振捣，在楼面梁板处留出45°斜面。在混凝土初凝前，随之泵送浇筑楼面梁板的混凝土。采用这种方法浇捣楼层柱、墙、梁、板混凝土时，应重点控制高低强度等级混凝土的邻接面不能形成冷缝，故宜在柱顶梁底处留设施工缝，以缩小节点核心区高强度等级混凝土浇捣时间，避免高低强度等级混凝土邻接面形成冷缝。……
