摘要：生态城市规划是以建设生态城市为目标,以社会—经济—自然复合的城市生态系统为规划对象,结合生态学的原理、方法,应用规划科学、系统科学的手段,去辨识、设计和模拟人工生态系统内的各种关系,确定最佳生态位,并提出人与城市复合生态系统相协调的优化方案的规划。本文探讨了生态城市规划设计。

城市是人类聚居的主要载体, 是人口高度密集、人类活动高度集中的地域, 也是环境质量急剧下降、人与自然环境矛盾最为突出、生态失衡最为严重的地方。改善城市生态环境、促进城市健康协调地发展, 满足人们向往自然的生理和心理需要, 是今后发展的必然趋势, 也是城市现代化的主要标志之一。生态城市已成为国际第四代城市的发展目标, 生态城市规划与研究亦成为城市规划领域的新课题。

一、生态城市规划的含义
