【摘要】 现阶段有些大学生思想觉悟较低，主要表现为没有理想、个人主义、享乐思想等。为了改变这种现状，就需要做好大学生的思想教育工作。在进行大学生思想教育工作时，应该做好理顺思想教育层次、以人为本、理论与实践相结合、注重创新意识的培养、诚实可信、平等互动等六方面工作。大学生觉悟的提高将为建设有中国特色的社会主义提供有力的支撑。

Strengthen ideological education to improve college students consciousness

Abstract: Some of the students at this stage less ideological consciousness, mainly for the ideal of individualism, pleasure thought. To change this situation, you need to do a good job in the ideological education of college students. Conducting ideological education of college students, should do a good job to straighten out the ideological education level, people-oriented, the theory and practice of combining, focusing on innovative sense, honesty and credibility, equality interactive six areas. College students awareness of the raise will provide strong support for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

目前，我国大学生思想素质状况的主流是好的、积极向上的。但由于西方自由主义、拜金主义、享乐主义的不良影响，部分大学生思想道德状况堪忧，有些大学生觉悟较低，主要表现在四个方面。一是眼光短浅，没有明确的理想追求。当代部分大学生对共产主义认识模糊，世界观不坚定，却过于看重现实利益。二是存在严重的个人主义，缺乏集体主义荣辱观念。虽然这种思想在大学生中不占主流，大多数大学生赞同为集体、为国家做贡献，但这种思想的存在将会严重影响大学生在今后工作中团队协作能力的发挥。三是享乐思想严重。改革开放带来了我国社会经济的发展和市场的繁荣，但在这一过程中也出现了贫富差距，造成了社会心态的失衡，大学生的价值观、消费观也受到冲击和影响。

随着社会主建设的发展，随着市场经济的进行，高等院校越来越重视大学生的素质教育，素质是比知识、比能力更为重要的内涵。……
