摘要：水电安装作为建筑工程施工中的重要内容，在整个施工过程中与其他工序有着密切联系。建筑工程施工是一个庞大而复杂的工程，水电安装与建筑土建和装修工程之间存在着诸多交叉作业，如何妥善安排和管理交叉作业成为建筑施工企业面前的重要课题。因此，本文扼要分析了建筑水电安装与建筑土建工程和装修工程协调配合的相关问题。

Abstract: As the important content in the construction , the water and electricity installation are closely linked the other processes in the whole construction process. The building engineering construction is a huge and complicated engineering, the water and electricity installation and civil construction and decoration works have a great deal of crossover operation, how to proper arrange and manage cross operation has become an important task of the building construction enterprises. Therefore, this article has analyzes the related issues of the construction hydropower installation and civil engineering construction and decoration works coordinate.

随着科学技术不断进步与完善，建筑设计与施工的科技含量显著提高，各分项工程之间的联系也愈加密切。其中，水电安装项目与建筑土建和装修工程之间的联系更是密切。倘若建筑施工设计中各部门、分项工程配合不够密切，很可能引起返修、施工变更等严重问题。因此，分析与探讨水电安全与建筑土建和装修工程协调配合问题，对减少返修率、缩短工期及重復施工有着重大作用，利于保证建筑工程的整体质量和使用性能。

1、施工准备阶段的协调配合工作

施工准备期间，水电安装技术人员要与负责土建和装修工程的工作人员一同收集、整理施工现场资料，共同为建筑施工设计做准备。通常情况下，水电安装单位与土建单位和装修单位各行其事，相互之间甚少联系，不利于各分项工程之间的协调配合工作。这种情况下，筹建单位应将各分项工程施工单位有机组织在一起，加强彼此之间的联系，做到沟通无间、团结协作。……
