摘要：本文通过引言，系统分析了我国开展防爆电气设备安全技术检查所面临的形势。在此基础上，笔者从防爆电气设备竣工验收、试运行和投产运行三个阶段入手，分别进行针对性安全技术检查探讨，最后笔者还强调，电气线路专项检查也是防爆电气设备安全技术检查不可或缺的内容，要予以高度重视，希望本文可以对经后的防爆设备安全技术检查工作起到一定的引导作用。

Abstract:This article through the introduction, system analysis of China's explosion-proof electrical equipment safety technical inspection situation. On this basis, the author from the explosion-proof electrical equipment acceptance, trial run and operation of three phase proceed with, respectively, for safety technical inspection is discussed, finally the author also emphasized the special inspection, electrical wiring and explosion-proof electrical equipment safety inspection technology indispensable content, should give height takes seriously, I hope this paper can be on after the explosion equipment safety technical inspection work play a guiding role.

1 引言

日前，国家质量技术监督部门将防爆电气产品列为涉及人身安全的特种设备，并将其纳入到国家行政法许可要求的生产许可证管理范畴，受到了全社会的广泛关注。众所周知，在每年各类爆炸危险案例发生当中，由于电气防爆设备的产品质量、安装施工、维护保养、运行管理等存在缺陷，发生的爆炸事故不在少数，并呈现出逐年上升趋势。尤其是一些小化工生产型企业，电气设备爆炸事故频发。

为将电气设备爆炸事故发生率减少到最低，保障生命安全，减少财产损失，各类防爆电气设备应根据现有的国家标准及验收规范，组织专业技术人员，严格进行安全技术检查。

2 防爆电气设备安全技术检查

按照防爆电气设备从施工安装到投产运行这一整个过程，可将防爆电气设备安全技术检查划分为三个不同阶段，即：防爆电气设备竣工验收安全技术检查、防爆电气设备试运行安全技术检查以及防爆電气设备投产运行安全技术检查。……
