【摘 要】近些年来，建筑业得到了蓬勃的发展，建筑项目也变得越来复杂，施工现场的工作也是更加的繁琐，因此，加强对建筑工程施工现场的管理工作十分必要，加强建筑施工现场的质量监管也必不可少。对建筑工程施工现场的管理是项目管理的重要组成部分，它要求施工企业务必将施工的重点放在质量的管理上，加强对施工现场的质量监管工作，以保证工程的质量达标。加强对现场施工的管理工作可以很好地控制施工进程和运作，能够在有限的时间内保证施工的效率、降低成本，保证项目工程的质量。本文将对施工现场的管理与质量控制进行分析，保证施工现场的正常运行。

前言：

为了能够很好地对建筑工程施工现场工作进行管理，近些年来，对建筑施工人员的要求也变得越来越高了，要求施工人员有一定的专业知识；对建筑施工有清晰地了解；施工技术更加专业等等，也就是说，建筑行业的门槛开始变得越来越高了。由于建筑行业之间的竞争变得越来越激烈，因此，业主对建筑施工项目的质量、效率等要求变得越来越高，这就为建筑企业施加了不晓得压力。为了能够保证工程项目的施工质量，就要保证整个项目的现场施工能够顺利地进行，施工现场的各项事务都必须得到很好地管理。

施工现场的工作非常得繁琐，管理起来也会比较麻烦，尤其设备器材的管理、人员的管理等比较得复杂，如果不制定一个科学合理的、切实有效地管理方案，管理工作将会遇到很多的不顺。……
