摘要：安全始终是任何施工企业永恒追求的话题。在水利施工工程施工中亦是如此，其中用电安全是最主要的安全问题之一。基于此，在本文中笔者首先探讨了水利施工工程施工用电特点；其次探讨了水利施工工程施工中用电存在的问题；再次提出水利施工工程施工中安全用电的几点预防措施，最后对全文进行简单的总结。旨在与同行交流，不断提高水利施工工程施工的用电安全，为确保整个工程质量、进度和安全奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract: safety is always any construction enterprise eternal pursuit topic. In water conservancy construction project construction is also like this, which is the most main electric safety of one of the security problems. 水利施工工程施工中用电安全与否直接关系到施工现场人员的生命财产安全。但现实施工过程中又经常出现这样或那样的用电问题，除加大事后处理力度外，我们还应防患于未然，找出症结所在，尽可能的将一切用电安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态，最大限度的提升施工现场的安全系数。本文笔者结合实际，谈谈水利施工工程施工中用电存在的问题及其预防。

一、水利施工工程施工用电特点探讨

水利施工工程施工用电特点主要表现在以下几个方面：一是供电条件简陋，具有变动较大的用电负荷，且大都是手持式和移动式的用电设备；二是水利工程施工主要在野外进行，且潮湿多雨，不仅用电设备容易脏污，而且电气的绝缘性差；三是大多数的施工工地没有等位联接条件；五是施工用电较为混乱，私拉滥接的情况较为严重。……
