摘要：21世纪，是中国经济飞跃发展的时期，随着经济水平与科学技术的发展，居民的生活水平不断提高，居住条件大为改善。但由于人口的集聚和人口基数的扩大，民用建筑渐渐趋向于向高层发展，建筑群也逐渐密集；在改善居民生活同时，也伴随着一系列问题，比如民用建筑因电气故障而发生火灾，因电气的线路等偶有停电断气等，这些问题在这些年间已经变得越来越多，不仅给居民生活带来了不便，更让居民或区域的生命财产受到损失与威胁。本文在展示民用建筑电气防火现状的基础上，介绍探讨电气防火智能装置控制的设计与实现，并提出笔者浅薄建议。

Abstract: The 21st century is a period of rapid development of China's economy, with the economic level of scientific and technological development, the living standards of continuous improvement of living conditions greatly improved. However, due to the agglomeration of population and the expansion of the population base, the civil gradually tend to the high-rise development, buildings gradually intensive; to improve the lives of the residents at the same time, is also accompanied by a range of issues, such as civil construction and fire due to electrical fault, because electrical lines and other occasional blackout breathe, these problems in recent years has become more and more, not only brings inconvenience to the residents' living, leaving the lives of residents or regional property losses and threats. In this paper, show the basis of the status quo of civil electrical fire, introduced to explore the design and implementation of electrical fire control smart devices, and put forward the author shallow recommendations.Keywords: civil; electrical fire; intelligent control; design and implementation

1引言

在民用建筑和功能比较复杂的多层民用建筑中, 科学合理的电气防火智能装置的设计能够有效的避免或者减少发生电气事故火灾, 而且即使一旦发生火灾或者发生故障, 也能够使建筑物内各种消防用电设备持续可靠运行, 方便居民及时快速的疏散，保证居民的生命财产安全。同时减少了财产的损失和控制火势的蔓延。近年来, 一些民用建筑的结构和功能发生了显著变化，功能个性化独特化日益彰显，但由于民用建筑面积开始扩大，各种电气系统日趋复杂，线路纵横密布，因电气配线选择、安装和使用不当所造成的火灾逐年增多。如何将现代科学技术运用于民用建筑的电气防火智能装置控制，对完善居民的防火防灾系统设计与实现，保证居民的生命财产安全，具有重要意义。……
