摘要：网络技术的发展和应用从根本上改变着人们的学习、生活和思维方式，全新的网络经济和网络工作方式正在飞速发展。网络时代的来临给社会带来一定的冲击，同时也给学生工作带来新的挑战。面对互联网带来的挑战，如果团组织不去占领网络阵地，必将对学生发展带来负面影响。如何适应信息社会的要求，将网络作为我们创建工作的载体，服务学生、服务社会，是应该思考和解决的重大课题。

Abstract: the development of network technology and application fundamentally changing people's study, life and the way of thinking, a new network economy and network work way is developing rapidly. The network age brings to the society certain impact, but also to the students work to bring new challenges. 一、网络德育的特点

1、开放性。网络德育是一种真正开放式的德育，网络可以进行各种类型的信息服务，它以计算机数据库为中心，通过信息高速公路网络连通学校、家庭、社会各个角落，人们可以充分利用网络的开放性，加大对德育信息的开发、充实德育内容，从互联网上查询先进国家和地区的德育理论与实践，并努力开发本地先进的德育理念，并上网交流，建立学校、社会共享的网上德育信息资料库。

2、预见性。网络德育的预见性可以说是现行德育无法做到的，网络仿真实验可以预报其结果，针对这一特性，德育仿真实验就可以根据某一德育内容，利用多媒体网络技术来设计模拟现实的德育活动，由德育管理者或教育者针对某一主题设计虚拟社区，让受教育者进入社区活动并根据活动者不同的行为习惯和思想观念导出最终结果，这样就使受教育者可以身临其境地去感受人生哲理和道德准则，而这点现行德育就无法做到。……
