【摘要】采用现代化的信息管理方式来管理交通工程建设，一方面有效的缓解了目前工程建设中普遍存在的问题，例如资料管理混乱、安全管理出现漏洞、工程不能如期完成等。另一方面可以极大的提高交通工程的现代化水平。本文介绍了交通工程建设现代化信息管理制度的基本要求和交通工程建设中现代化信息管理的主要内容、主要技术，分析了现代化信息管理在交通工程建设中的具体应用。

Abstract: The use of modern information management to manage the construction of traffic engineering, on the one hand effective mitigation of the common problems in construction projects, such as data management chaos, the safety management vulnerabilities, the project can not be completed on schedule. The other hand, can greatly improve the modernization level of traffic engineering. 现代化的交通工程建设均在向数字化、信息化、标准化的方面发展，信息管理方面的工作也越来越受到有关部门、单位的重视。采用现代化的信息管理方式来管理交通工程建设，一方面有效的缓解了目前工程建设中普遍存在的问题，例如资料管理混乱、安全管理出现漏洞、工程不能如期完成等。另一方面可以极大的提高交通工程的现代化水平。目前，我国还没有形成一套成熟的、标准的、规范的信息化管理系统。但是，我们有理由相信，随着我国对交通工程建设的更多需求，建立规范、通用的信息化管理系统一定会早日形成。

一、交通工程建设现代化信息管理制度的基本要求

没有完善的管理制度，任何先进的方法和手段都不能充分发挥作用。为了保障信息管理系统的有效运转，我们必须建立一整套信息管理制度，作为信息工作的章程和准则，使信息管理规范化。……
