摘 要：随着我国社会发展和经济持续增长，人民生活水平的不断提高，我国的住宅建设也进入了高速发展的阶段。人们对住宅越来越关注，而且对住宅的质量也提出了更高的要求。房屋建筑的形式越来越呈现出多样性。在设计过程中，如何在纷繁的房屋建筑形式中，设计出经济适用、富有个性且能满足业主日益增长的住房需求的住宅，成为房屋设计人员必须面对的问题。本文针对住宅建筑设计中存在的问题作了分析，提出了个人的建议。

Abstract: With China's social development and sustained economic growth, the continuous improvement of people's living standards, China's housing construction has entered a stage of rapid development. People are increasingly concerned about the residential and the quality of the residential has also put forward higher requirements. Housing construction in the form of more and more showing diversity. In numerous forms of housing construction in the design process, how to design affordable, personalized and meet the owners of the growing housing demand for residential housing design must face. This article analyzed the problems in the residential building design, personal recommendations.

引 言：随着人们经济收入和生活质量的不断提升，越来越多的人对住宅的要求已不再简单地满足于有房而居，而是对住宅条件提出了更高更新的要求。这种需求的变化给我们的住宅设计带来新的课题和更高的要求。如何做出既舒适、安全同时又符合人们精神物质要求且经济实用住宅的设计，以适应住宅市场的变化，满足住宅消费需求，成为建筑设计人员必须要解决的首要问题。由于住宅商品化、市场化以后，各种各样的住宅都用涌现出来。这些住宅无论从建筑的功能、形象以及环境质量上都与以前的住宅有了很大的变化，这样的一派大好形势大大地推动了住宅建筑设计的发展。但同时，有的为了标新立异，甚至片面追求新奇、与众不同，而影响了使用甚至影响安全，不可避免地出现了一些设计不合理的现象。……
