摘要 阿勒泰地区水库是防御洪水、发展农业灌溉和为城乡经济生活提供用水等方面的重要基础设施之一，在水利建设中占有重要的地位。阿勒泰地区总计水库50余座，坝型多样，相应的多样化的病险问题也相当的严重，所以针对性地进行水库的除险加固工程设计就显得尤为重要。本文就水库工程的概况、除险加固工程设计中存在问题、注意事项和工程要点展开论述。

Abstract: Altay region reservoirs is for protection against floods, irrigation and water and other aspects of critical infrastructure for the urban and rural economic life, the one to occupy an important position in the water conservancy construction. More than 50 seats of the total reservoir of Altay region, dam type is varied, the appropriate diversification of the dangerous problem is quite serious, so the reservoir reinforcement project is particularly important. An overview of reservoir engineering, reinforcement engineering design problems, precautions and engineering points to start on.

一、水库工程概况

阿勒泰地区水库是水利产业的重要设施，随着水库的长期运行，工程存在老化、自然侵蚀等现象，为了水库的继续安全运行，需要对水库存的问题及隐患进行排查、修补、加固。尤其是大干快上年代修的水库，由于技术不成熟和盲目抢工期，存在一些病坝、老坝，需要修补。所以，当我们看到现有水库工程发挥的巨大防洪、兴利作用的同时，也应该看到水库大坝现存的诸多严峻问题，认识到水库的除险加固工程设计是十分必要和紧迫的。

随着科学技术的发展进步，先进的项目管理技术，先进的施工工艺、自动化程度较高的大功率施工机械、能专门针对性设计的机械设备和模版、一大批新型的施工材料，在近年来的水库除险加固中，起到了极其重要的作用。成熟的经验表明水库除险加固能使水库防洪能力、工程效益等提高到一个空前的水平。因此，水库的除险加固在工程设计技术上是可行的。……
