摘要:随着我国水利工程行业的快速发展，水利工程行业的发展规模进入了一个崭新的时期。水利工程的大规模建设，标志着我國国民经济和综合国力的提升。水利工程施工，市水利建设工程项目当中的一个重要过程，水利工程施工的质量决定了水利工程建设项目的目的是否能够达到的主要标准。虽然经过我国这几年水利工程建设项目施工管理办法以及施工工艺的不断积累，取得了一些令人欣慰的成就，但是仍然有着一些不足之处需要水利工程施工建设人员加以把握、控制。对于一些存在于水利工程施工环节的问题，必须采取正确的施工办法和措施保证工程质量。文章就水利工程施工质量管理方面，提出了几点在水利施工问题上的作法。

引言

纵观我国几千年的历史文化长河，水利工程不管是在哪个朝代都是一项重大的民生工程，关系到国家的根本，关系到国家人民最根本的利益，所以，在进行水利工程施工建设时，必须谨慎待之。水利工程的完善不仅仅健全了国家的基础设施建设，还对恩泽了附近的人民群众，促进着农业的发展和保持着生态的平衡。但是，劣质的水利工程则会对社会造成不良的影响。水利工程建设过程本来就是一件破坏自然生态环境的过程，但是如果所建设出的水利工程能够高质量的完成，那么将会对生态环境进行恢复，反之，劣质的水利工程不仅仅不能恢复施工过程中对环境的破坏，更有可能引发更为严重的灾害。……
