摘要：当今社会是个信息社会，伴随着计算机及网络系统的迅猛发展，人们的物质和文化生活也日益丰富，对通信行业也提出了更高的要求。而如何紧跟时代的步伐，利用先进的科技手段，完善通信系统信息技术管理，以使人们不断增长的需求得到满足，这已经成为通信行业发展过程中亟待解决的问题。本文对通信系统信息技术所包含的功能模块和系统主要接口进行描述，重点分析了通信系统技术管理的信息处理流程、结构和实施策略。

Abstract: in today's society is a information society, with the computer and network system of rapid development, and people's material and cultural life has become increasingly rich and colorful, the communications industry also put forward higher request. And how to follow the pace of The Times, the use of advanced science and technology tools, and improve communication system information technology management, in order to make people growing needs are met, and it has become the communication industry in the process of development of the problem to be solved. In this paper, the communication system information technology including the function module and system mainly describe the interface, and analyses the communication system of technology management information processing flow, structure and implementation strategies.

一、系统包含的主要模块及功能

根据使用情况，可将通信工程项目管理系统分成几大模块，主要包括审计、工程、立项、设计、资源调配、需求管理等六大模块。需求管理的功能是对需求进行审批，并在需求完成后负责录入工作。主要是在综合调度室、工程建设室、安装维护部门使用。资源调配管理模块的功能是受理需求部门上报的各项需求，通过设置调配室主任，签发和审核各种需求调配单，最后由调配管理岗接受各种反馈的结果。设计模块的功能主要是由所长分配各项设计任务，进行工程的审核和设计工作，最后由投资项目计划室来接收各种设计上报的文件。立项管理模块主要是受理没经审核的由投资计划室上报的项目，然后由采购室采购材料，计划室进行审核，最后由施工单位或工程建设室发放项目任务书。……
