摘要：我国的天然气经过几年的发展，在上中游的产业链中取得一定的成绩，但由于天然气在资源评价、勘探开发和配套政策等方面不足，直接制约天然气产业化发展。鉴于我国资源面临资源利用效率低、供应不足和碳排放量大的尴尬局面，具有清洁和高效特性的天然气将成为低碳经济资源开发的新思路，面临着前所未有的发展良机。本文在分析我国天然气产业发展的问题基础上，从环保的角度探讨天然气发展和应用的对策，引导天然气朝着健康、和谐和持续的方向良性发展。

1.我国天然气发展和应用问题

1.1低碳经济的发展观念落后

低碳经济理念影响范围日益扩大，为天然气发展迎来全新曙光，但由于天然气发展的低碳观念滞后，在开发天然气的时候，为保证天然气供应的稳定，一味提高天然气开采率，造成资源开采过度，不利于天然气的可持续发展和应用。另一方面，天然气被盲目应用到燃烧冶金、建材等高能耗和高污染的行业，为了追求产量和利润的最大化，消耗了大量的天然气，并排放出废弃、废水和废渣，破坏了生态环境，与天然气的环保性发展和应用理念背道而驰。

1.2天然气的开采造成资源浪费

天然气在开采的过程中，一方面是作为原油开采的副产品，开采商认为一些有毒的天然气不能够被直接利用，采用“放空燃烧”的方式消耗掉这些有毒天然气，据统计，每年全球放空燃烧的天然气总价值约为四百亿美元左右，另一方面作为主要产品开采的天然气，伴随产生了钻井废气、集气站废气等，每年在开采过中无形损失的天然气气量巨大。……
