内 容 摘 要

自中国的工程項目管理模式和国际工程管理接轨后，中国建筑市场全面向国际开放中，国外投资商、建筑商进入了中国建筑领域，同时也带来了一些新的工程管理模式。随着这些工程管理模式在中国工程管理领域的大步发展，我国广泛推广这些先进的管理模式。因此学习和研究国际通用的管理模式是对现行的工程管理工作的改善促进，也是工程项目管理实践中的进一步创新优化，这样可以逐步完善我国的工程项目管理体系，优化管理，使我国的工程管理行业能够在本领域站稳脚跟。本文将简单地对EPC工程总承包模式和D+B总承包模式进行比较分析，归纳出两个模式的相同点，对比出两个模式之间的差异，并简单地分析在甲级设计单位的使用。

Since China's engineering project management mode and international engineering management standards, China's construction market comprehensively to international open, foreign investors, the builders into China architecture, but it also brings some new engineering management mode. As these engineering management mode in China in the field of engineering management striding development, our country wide spread the advanced management mode. So study and research of international current management mode is the current management work to promote the improvement of the project, and project management in the practice of the further innovation optimization, so can gradually perfect our project management system, optimize the management, make our country engineering management industry to a firm foothold in the field. This paper will simply to EPC contractor mode and the D + B contract mode for comparative analysis, summarized the two pattern similarities, contrast out two pattern differences, and simply analysis in the use of class a design units.

浅谈D+B模式与EPC模式的比较

在现行的建筑工程规范中，甲级设计单位拥有总承包资格，应运而生的设计单位工程总承包公司如雨后春笋。在工程施工与工程设计两种截然不同的工作模式下，我们必须要结合先进的工程管理模式，做好静与动的转换和衔接。现阶段，设计单位主要使用的管理模式有总承包D+B模式与工程总承包EPC模式此两种模式；如何选择正确的管理模式是工程管理成功与否的关键，也是工程项目是否盈利的管件。因此，要清晰地了解这两种管理模式，对比这两种管理模式。……
