[摘要] 目的 应用西药与美容外治法联合方案对痤疮患者进行治疗，分析临床效果。 方法 抽取86例患有痤疮的临床确诊患者，分为A、B两组，每组43例。分别采用常规西药和常规西药与美容外治法联合进行治疗。 结果 B组患者治疗后的病灶改善情况明显优于A组；停止用药和治疗后病灶再次出现的人数明显少于A组；两组治疗过程中没有出现不良反应。 结论 应用西药与美容外治法联合的方案对痤疮患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical effect analysis of western medicine combined with beauty external treatment for acne vulgaris

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of western medicine combined with beauty external treatment for acne patients. Methods 86 acne vulgaris patients with confirmed clinical were divided into group A and group B, each group of 43 cases. Group A was treated by conventional western medicine,the group B was treated by western medicine combined with beauty external. Results The lesions improvement of group B after treatment was better than the group A. The number of lesions appeared again of group B after stop taking the medication and treatment was obviously less than the group A. There was no harmful response appeared in two groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of the western medicine combined with beauty external treatment for acne vulgaris was very obviously.

本研究对痤疮患者应用西药与美容外治法联合的方案进行治疗，并对临床治疗结果进行分析，总结临床有效的治疗方法，为更加有效的在临床上治疗痤疮提供一定的经验支持，更好地控制预防临床上痤疮疾病的发生发展，争取在短时间内遏制并消除病灶，以免其继续扩散，现将结果报道如下。

1?资料与方法

1.1?一般资料

选取2010年9月～2011年9月在笔者所在医院入院治疗的确诊痤疮患者86例，所有患者在治疗前均经过相关的临床检查之后予以确诊。随机分为两组，A组43例，男24例，女19例；年龄14～45岁，平均（26.9±3.5）岁；病程3个月～11年，平均（4.4±3.1）年。B组43例，男23例，女20例；年龄15～47岁，平均（27.2±4.1）岁；病程5个月～12年，平均（4.8±3.2）年。两组患者在年龄，性别，病史等分布上，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可以进行分析研究比较。

1.2?方法

采用随机抽样分组方法将86例患者分为A、B两组，每组43例。A组患者采用常规西药，口服罗红霉素（哈药集团制药六厂，H19980087），150 mg/次，2次/d；……
