[摘要] 目的 分析实习护士临床适应能力影响因素及其心理干预措施，以探讨心理干预对实习护士临床适应能力的影响。 方法 分析实习护士临床适应能力影响因素，并针对性予以心理干预，以观察心理干预对实习护士心理素质、操作技能等的影响。 结果 经系统化心理干预实习护士在心理素质、操作技能等方面，均有显著改善及提高。 结论 心理干预可有效提高实习护士临床适应能力，改善其心理素质和操作技能，对其向职业护士的顺利过渡具有积极促进作用及重大意义。

The impact of psychological intervention on clinical adaptability of the practice nurses

[Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical adaptability influence factors of the practice nurses and psychological interventions, to explore the impact of psychological intervention on clinical adaptability of the practice nurses, and target to be a psychological intervention. Methods To analyze influence factors of clinical adaptability on the practice nurses, in order to observe the impact of psychological intervention on psychological quality and operational skills of the practice nurses. Results Practice nurses in mental qualities, skills, etc., are significantly improved and improved through systematic psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention can be more effectively improving clinical ability of student nurses to adapt and improve their psychological qualities and skills, and its smooth transition to the professional nurse has a positive role in promoting and has a great significance.

临床实习是护理专业人员从理论学习向实践的延伸，也是向职业护士过度的重要阶段[1]。随着现代医学模式的改变，以及护理学的深足发张以及人们健康意识的增强，临床医护工作的压力也在不断增大，尤其是对新进医院的临床实习护士，无论是心理素质及操作技能方面，更是提出了巨大的挑战和压力[2]。为进一步提高实习护士的临床适应能力，本研究系统性分析了影响实习护士临床适应的相关因素及措施，并予以心理干预，以观察心理干预在提高临床适应能力的作用与意义。

1?影响因素分析

实习护士首次进入临床实习期间，常因繁重的工作、理论与实践的转换、就业压力、护患关系、医护关系等原因，出现压抑、紧张、抑郁等心理，严重影响了其操作技能的熟练掌握，降低其临床适应能力，以致不能顺利过渡至职业护士[3]。……
