[摘要] 目的 分析中西医结合治疗难治性附睾结核的疗效。 方法 选取2009年7月～2012年1月盐井、新寺两医院门诊收治的难治性附睾7例，采用中西医结合方法治疗，30 d为1个疗程。 结果 1个疗程治愈1例，2个疗程治愈2例，3个疗程治愈3例，1例未愈，转上级专科医院治疗。 结论 中西医结合治疗难治性附睾结核具有良好的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Treating 7 cases of refractory tuberculosis of epididymis in the integrative medicine

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the treatment of refractory tuberculosis of epididymis. Methods To choose 7 cases with tuberculosis of epididymis patients in Yanjing and Xinsi hospital from July 2009 to January 2012 which were selected and treated in the integrative medicine.30 days for a course. Results The first course cure 1 case,the second course cure 2 cases,the third course cure 3 cases,1 case was not cured,left to go to superior specialized hospital for treatment. Conclusion It has a good clinical efficacy that integrative medicine in the treatment of refractory tuberculosis of epididymis, and it is worthy for clinical.

笔者用中西医结合方式共治疗难治性附睾结核7例，效果良好，现报道如下。

1?资料与方法

1.1?一般资料

2009年7月～2012年1月盐井、新寺两医院门诊共治疗附睾结核患者7例，年龄22～45岁，病程2～9年。

1.2?治疗方法

中西结合，30 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后评定疗效。西药用利福喷丁（上海信谊万象药业股份有限公司，H10940199），0.6 g/次，空腹（餐前1 h）用温开水送服，1周服药2次。异烟肼（山西太原药业有限公司，H14022438）0.3 g、乙胺丁醇（龙晖药业有限公司，H23022367）0.75 g，1次/d，空腹（餐前1 h）用温开水送服；环丙沙星（重庆科瑞制药有限公司，H50020753）0.5 g，葡醛内酯（大同市云岗制药有限公司，H14020182） 0.2 g，3次/d，饭后温开水送服。

中医方药：橘核丸合桃芩布丹药对划裁，药用：橘核（炒）15 g，炒川楝子10 g，青皮10 g，海藻（洗）10 g，昆布（洗）10 g，海带（洗）10 g，厚朴10 g，通草10 g，炒枳实10 g，延胡索（醋炒）10 g，木香6 g，桃仁（麸炒）10 g，黄芩10 g，炙百部20 g，丹参15 g，夏枯草15 g，莪术15 g，每日1剂，凉水浸泡半小时后武火煎煮，水开后文火煎半小时，煎3次所得药液混匀3次/d分服。若寒甚者，可酌加小茴香10 g，吴茱萸10 g增强其散寒止痛之功；瘀重者，可酌加三棱10 g，莪术10 g祛瘀止痛，寒湿化热；……
