[摘要] 目的 观察热毒宁联合抗生素配合护理指导治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。 方法 将64例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者随机的分成两组。对照组32例，予以常规补液及抗生素（均为青霉素或头孢类）治疗；治疗组32例，在对照组西医治疗的基础上，加用热毒宁注射液静滴治疗，同时结合护理指导。 结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.75%和78.13%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 热毒宁联合抗生素配合护理指导对急性化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗具有显著的疗效。

Clinical study on Reduning injection and antibiotic treatment with the care and guidance of 64 cases with acute purulent tonsillitis

[Abstract] Objective To observe Reduning injection and antibiotic treatment with the care and guidance with acute purulent tonsillitis in clinical efficacy studies. Methods 64 patients with acute purulent tonsillitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group of 32 patients,to conventional rehydration and antibiotics (penicillin or cephalosporins)treatment;treatment group,32 patients in the control group on the basis of Western medicine therapy,plus intravenous infusion of Reduning Injection treatment,combined with care and guidance. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 93.75% and 78.13%, the difference between the two groups was significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Reduning injection and antibiotic treatment with the care and guidance on the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis have a significant effect.

现代医学认为，扁桃体炎是指位于咽部的扁桃体的非特异性炎症，由病毒或细菌感染引起，病毒所致者常常是急性病毒性上呼吸道感染的一部分，而细菌感染所致者则称为化脓性扁桃体炎。急性化脓性扁桃体炎是临床多发病、常见病之一，属于中医乳蛾范畴。为充分发挥中医药结合护理治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的优势，笔者2010年8月～2011年8月在西医治疗的基础上，应用热毒宁注射液结合护理指导，治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎64例，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。

1?资料与方法

1.1?一般资料

选取2010年8月～2011年8月笔者所在医院就诊的急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者（中医辨证为肺胃实热证）64例。治疗组32例，男17例，女15例，年龄20～65岁，平均（36.63±11.19）岁，病程（1.78±0.83）d。对照组32例，男18例，女14例，年龄20～65岁，平均（34.94±13.40）岁，病程（1.75±0.80）d，两组性别、年龄、病程进行统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。……
