摘要：建筑施工行业中进行信息化管理，已经成为一种经济社会发展的一种趋势。本文就建筑施工行业信息化管理难点进行深入的剖析，然后就这一难点的解决提出强化行业研究、遵循行业特性、适应行业特点、构建复合型人才队伍的对策，以促进这一难点的解决，进而推进建筑施工行业信息化管理模式的构建与发展。

Abstract: Information management in construction industry has become a trend of economic and social development. The paper will makes a in-depth analysis on the difficulty of information management in construction industry, then proposes the solution of strengthening industry research, following industry characteristics, adapting to industry characteristics, and building inter-disciplinary talent team, so as to promote the solving of the difficulty, and promote the construction and development of information management mode of construction industry.

随着我国信息化建设进程的不断推进，各种先进的信息化技术以及先进的管理理念，开始融入到各种基础工程建设之中，并逐渐地成为一种社会发展的趋势。然而，在建筑施工行业中，对各种先进的计算机信息化管理理念和技术的应用，在管理实践过程中却出现了发展缓慢的趋势。目前，为了适应我国市场经济的发展，在建筑施工行业中一些企业管理者已经开始意识应用计算机信息化管理的重要性，并在管理实践中，尝试着用信息化管理的理念和技术来提高企业的效益和服务水平，但是，他们在应用信息化管理于建筑施工兴业的过程中，有担心企业因此而承担各种不确定因素的影响，因此，出现了在建筑施工行业中信息化管理难于推进的现象。
