摘要：在建筑工程的基础施工中，钻孔灌注桩的施工非常简单，其基础设施投入相对比较的小，且能够适应于各种地质条件的建筑工程。目前，在桥梁和建筑工程施工中，钻孔灌注桩技术已经得到了广泛的应用。但在具体的技术应用中，塌孔、堵管等现象依然存在。为此，本文对钻孔灌注桩技术的问题和对策进行了分析，有效地对这些问题进行解决，以确保工程施工质量。

Abstract: in the construction of the foundation construction, the cast-in-place pile construction is very simple, its infrastructure investment is relatively small, and can adapt to all kinds of geological conditions in the building project. At present, in Bridges and buildings in the construction engineering, bored piles technology has been widely used. But in the technology applications, the hole collapse, plugging the phenomenon such as pipe still exist. Therefore, in this paper the problem of bored pile technology and countermeasures are analyzed, and the effective solution to these problems, to ensure the engineering construction quality.

钻孔灌注桩技术的优点非常显著，其能够对各种复杂地形进行穿越，可形成较大的单桩承载力，并能够适用于不同规模的建筑物和复杂的地质条件。近年来，随着建筑工程建设发展，钻孔灌注桩技术已经得到了及其广泛的应用，并逐步成为施工成桩中的重要桩型。在社会发展需求下，钻孔灌注桩的桩径和桩长已经得到了加大，单桩承载力也得到了有效的提高。就钻孔灌注桩设计而言，其对桩的质量要求非常高，当发生事故时，加固难度很大，成本费用也比较高。为此，采用有效的处理方法，对钻孔灌注桩技术在建筑工程施工中出现的问题进行处理和解决，已经成为建筑工程基础施工的重要内容。

一、钻孔灌注桩施工中存在的问题

在钻孔灌注桩的施工中，存在着一些严重的施工问题，而这些问题如果得不到有效地解决，就会产生各种质量和安全问题。

1.在进行钻孔灌注桩的施工中，钻孔垂直度和深度一般难以符合设计和施工标准。……
