摘要：近年来现代轻型木结构建筑悄然进入了中国的建筑市场，虽规模较小且仍处在起步阶段，然而其在中国建筑市场展现出的独特建筑风格，以及建设周期短、保温节能、防火防潮、隔绝噪音、抗震抗风、持久耐用、地域不限、建造灵活可移动性强等特点已经引起业内人士的关注。我国目前对现代轻型木结构建筑研究尚属概念化阶段，在材料的应用技术、设计技术和施工技术等方面还存在许多空白点。本文结合笔者从事园林景观建设行业中积累的些许经验，浅析中国传统木结构建筑和现代轻型木结构技术的特点，结合我市实际工程案例，探讨现代轻型木结构施工技术的应用问题，提出最优化木结构建筑施工组织方案，旨在为我们更好地推广现代轻型木结构技术提供初步的理论依据。

Abstract: in recent years, modern light timberwork building is quietly into the China''s construction market, although smaller and is still at the beginning stage, however it in the Chinese building market displays a unique architectural style, as well as the construction period is short, heat preservation and heat insulation, fire prevention, moistureproof, seismic isolation noise wind resistance, durable, regional unlimited, build flexible mobility features such as strong has caused the concern of the industry. At present our country to modern light timberwork architectural research is still in the conceptual stage, in the application of material technology, design technology and construction techniques, there are many outline. The author discusses landscape construction industry in the accumulation of some experience, according to the Chinese traditional timberwork building and the characteristics of modern light timberwork technology and in consideration of the actual project cases, this paper discusses the construction technique of modern light wood application problems, this paper puts forward optimum timberwork building construction scheme, we better promotion to modern technology for the initial light timber frame theory basis.

1.概述现代木结构技术

提起现代木结构技术就不得不提起传统木结构建筑。

中国建筑、印度建筑和阿拉伯建筑系统同属东方建筑体系。中国建筑是三大东方建筑体系中最显著的独立系统。我们的祖先从穴居、巢居开始，逐步掌握了房屋营造技术，并利用了石材、木材等天然材料，创造了原始的木质建筑。这种原始木质建筑结构，奠定了我国古代建筑在结构体系上的基本特征。它源于自然、利用自然、高于自然，以灵活的风格、合理的布局、适宜的建筑体量和精巧的装修达到了高度的艺术成就。……
