摘要：在城市现代化的过程中，如何保护和发扬城市主题公园的特色是当前的一大难题和热点。本文通过对城市特点内涵和场所精神的阐述，分析当代社会中主题公园景观设计存在的普遍问题。以华润中央公园为例，通过中央公园在武汉城市建设中对历史文化的纪念与发展重塑城市特色公园的经验的分析，论述了新形势下的城市主题公园，必须尊重历史，注重在场所精神下的地域表达。

Abstract：In the process of modernization in the city, and how to protect and develop the characteristics of urban theme park is a big problem in the current and hot spots. This article through to the city to the place spirit connotation and characteristics of the paper, analysis of modern society theme park landscape design existing common problem. 一、城市特色与场所精神

（一）城市特色

“城市”即是一个空间概念，也是时间概念，而空间实际上也就是结晶化的时间。独特的自然环境、醇厚的历史文脉、富有生机的时代精神三者最佳契合形成了城市特色。一个城市的特色往往是经历了几十年、几百年甚至上千年的积累和沉淀而形成的，它是一座城市的文脉之一，它是过去历史的积累，也是未来发展的基础。

（二）场所精神

场所精神是1980年由挪威建筑理论家舒尔茨提出的，建筑现象学的核心概念和中心议题。场所是指自然环境和人造环境组成的有意义的整体。这个整体以某种方式聚集了人们生活所需要的具体事物，这些事物的相互构成方式也反之决定了场所的特征。使人们产生归属感的建筑空间就是场所，而建筑空间对人们的行为、思想和情感所产生的意义也就是场所精神。
