摘要: 建筑工程建设周期长,不定因素多,建筑产品价格变化频繁,产品的单件性等原因,使得建筑产品的价格复杂多变,因此影响工程造价的因素贯穿于工程建设全过程始终。本文作者根据从事工程管理工作经验认为,影响工程造价的主要因素可分为五个阶段,即工程立项决策阶段、设计阶段、工程招投标阶段、工程施工阶段和工程竣工结算阶段,其中设计阶段对工程造价的影响是整个过程的重点。

Abstract: construction engineering construction cycle is long, uncertain factors, price changes frequently building products, the products ChanJianXing wait for a reason, make building the price of the product is complicated, so the factors which affected the project cost through the whole construction course always. The author according to engaged in engineering management experience that the main factors of influence the project cost can be divided into five stages, namely engineering project decision-making stage, design phase, project bidding phase, project construction phase and project completion settlement stage, of which the design phase to the project cost is the effect of the whole process of focus.

引言：建设工程的管理和工程的造价一直是建设工程行业经营的核心内容，也是建筑行业一直共同努力的方向和研究的重点。然而工程建设毕竟是人类群体性进行的一项浩大的建设活动，期间所涉及的问题和工作量都是繁多的。这就给工程建设的管理带来了很大的难度和挑战。而工程建设自从确立建设开始，工程造价就跟随着工程建设并贯穿整个建设的全过程。对工程建设实施有效的管理是作为控制其造价和质量的重要手段。因此想要很好的控制工程的造价就要对工程实施严格的管理。然而工程管理的目的并非全是因为造价，因此在工程建设活动中研究工程管理对工程造价的影响是妥善处理两者之间关系的重要措施之一。
