摘要：目的：研究工民建工程施工管理现状，发现在目前工民建工程施工管理中存在的问题、漏洞，并提出解决对策。方法：通过对本市所有建筑工程单位以及工民建施工工地现场的调查，对调查结果进行整理、分析。结果：本市工民建工程施工管理过程中存在很严重的问题。结论：加强工民建工程施工管理过程，完善工民建工程施工管理制度，是目前本市工民建工程单位的重点。

Abstract: objective: to study the civil engineering construction management present situation, found in the present civil engineering construction the problems existing in the management, vulnerabilities, and proposes the solution countermeasure. Methods: through the city construction unit to all and civil construction on site investigation, the results are arrangement and analysis. Results: the civil engineering construction of this city management of the existence is very serious problem. Conclusion: the civil engineering construction management process, perfect the civil engineering construction management system, it is at present in civil engineering unit on this city.

工民建工程是一项是系统的工程项目，复杂且特殊，随着建筑工程事业的发展，工民建工程项目对从业人员的要求也逐渐增多，由于国内工民建工程管理上还未形成科学的有效的管理体系，因此在工民建工程施工管理上还存在着很多的问题。通过对本市建筑工程单位以及工民建施工工地现场的调查，发现在管理方面存在着很多的问题，其中以从业人员素质、施工资料管理、施工过程监管、质量检测以及安全问题方面的管理问题较为普遍，文章就这几点问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决对策。

一、工民建工程施工管理上普遍存在的问题

1、对施工过程的重视程度有待加强

多数工民建施工单位对施工过程中的管理重视度不够高，由于从业人员复杂、管理过程麻烦等因素，疲于、疏于对工程施工的管理。

2、对工作人员的素质要求有待加强

工民建工程由于施工任务量大、工作难度低、对从业人员的要求低，因此吸引大量的劳动力注入，形成一个劳动力很密集的市场。……
