摘要：我国建筑行业的高速发展主要是借助了经济形势与社会环境的促进和推动作用，但是当一切外部有利条件都相对减弱的情况下，我国建筑业要继续保持稳定、健康、持久的发展势头，就必须从自身管理工作抓起，确实做到“内强素质、外树形象” ，只有这样我国建筑行业才会拥有永不枯竭的发展动力，才能走得更远、更稳。本文分析了我国建筑工程管理工作中存在的问题和影响我国建筑工程管理的主要因素，提出了提升我国建筑工程的总体管理水平的措施。

Abstract: the high speed development of construction industry in our country is mainly with the economic situation and the social environment of promote and effect, but when all external favorable conditions are relatively abate, our construction must continue to maintain stability, health, lasting momentum of development, we must work from their own management grabbed, really do "the strong quality, the good image", only such construction industry in our country will have never dried up power of development, can go further, more stable. This paper analyzes the construction engineering problems existing in the management of the construction project management and the influence of the main factors, put forward the ascension of the overall construction project management level of measures.

近年来，随着我国改革开放步伐的持续加快以及整体国民经济水平的稳步提升，我国建筑行业迎来了前所未有的良好发展时机。目前来看，我国建筑行业的高速发展主要是借助了经济形势与社会环境的促进和推动作用，但是当一切外部有利条件都相对减弱的情况下，我国建筑业要继续保持稳定、健康、持久的发展势头，就必须从自身管理工作抓起，确实做到“内强素质、外树形象” ，只有这样我国建筑行业才会拥有永不枯竭的发展动力，才能走得更远、更稳。

一、建筑工程管理的内容

建筑行业具有分工细、劳动力密集、工序复杂、分散性、一次性的特点，因此建筑工程管理工作需采用动态循环的模式。建筑工程管理是指建筑工程项目开始后，经过招投标、整体规划、设计、工程造价、施工、竣工验收、房地产及其他建筑专业的管理过程。……
