摘要：文章主要分析和讲述老年人住宅及其景观空间的现况和设计要素及空间特点。首先，介绍了全球老龄化和中国老龄化的发展趋势及老年人口比重。其次，对比分析中国与其他国家的老年人住宅及其景观空间。然后，分析老年人的生活习惯，生理和心理特征，以及对住宅及其景观空间设计的影响。最后，阐述了中国老年人理想的住宅及其景观空间的设计要素，空间形式以及未来发展模式的展望探索。

Abstract: the paper mainly analyses and tells the old house and its landscape of the status of the space and design elements and space characteristics. First of all, introduced the global aging and the development trend of China''s aging population and the ageing population proportion. Second, the contrast analysis of China and other countries, the old house and its landscape. Then, analysis the elderly life habit, physiological and psychological characteristics, as well as to the residential houses and landscape space design of the influence. Finally, this paper expounds the Chinese elderly ideal residential houses and landscape design elements, the form of the space and the future development mode of the exploration prospects.

前言：二十一世纪人类将全面进入老龄化社会。由于经济的迅速发展 ；城市化的步伐加快，面对新世纪老龄化社会，社区服务项目和居住环境显的特别重要。近年来由于我国社会经济结构发生了巨大的变化，大家庭不再适应社会发展的要求而日益解体分化为小家庭。传统家庭对老年人的支持作用正在逐渐减弱。老年人晚年生活质量的好坏与所处的整体社会环境、居住环境、社区提供的服务项目的社会化程度有着极大的关系。所以老年人住宅及其景观空间的设计有着非比寻常的意义。

1、老龄化背景现状分析

随着经济发展，医疗水平提高，大型战争远去，人的寿命也在不断增加，出生率持续下降，社会趋于老龄化。目前，全球进入人口老龄化的国家和地区已达到70多个。据联合国最新统计，目前全球老龄人口总数已超过6亿，平均每10个人中就有一位60岁或60岁以上的老人。……
