摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展，水泥的生产总量越来越大，我国新型水泥干法旋转窑的总数量已经达到一千五百条，水泥设备的发展也达到了国际较为先进的水平，但是很多企业对水泥设备的管理和维护跟国际先进水平有很大差距，影响了设备的运转率，有很大潜力可挖。水泥设备的安装、调试及在使用过程中，合理维护等内容都是我国水泥设备管理中需要加强的方面，如何能够在设备管理中真正做到“精”“细”，挖潜增效，是当前摆在我们每一位水泥设备从业者面前的问题。本文通过对水泥回转窑的安装、调试过程中抓点分析，阐述回转窑正常运转一些注意事项。

一、回转窑设备的结构

水泥生产过程中，煅烧窑是心脏设备，煅烧窑的煅烧质量决定了水泥质量和品位，煅烧窑目前有立窑、湿法回转窑、中空干法窑、立波尔窑、以及目前普遍使用的带预热分解器的新型干法回转窑等类型。回转窑的安装调试质量决定了回转窑的运转率，相应回转窑的安装调试质量决定了企业经济效益。

当前回转窑已向大型化发展，单台窑的日产量已达15000吨以上，单台设备空载总重量达1500吨以上，是水泥厂设备安装要求精度高、工期长的设备。回转窑设备主要由以下部件组成：窑筒体、支撑转动托轮、挡轮、传动机构、窑头罩、窑尾烟室、窑头窑尾密封、煤粉燃烧装置、烧成带冷却装置等。……
