摘要: 工业与民用建筑工程施工管理是一项非常复杂系统工程，需要建筑施工企业根据自身的特点、优势，采用科学的方法提高施工管理素质，在实际中结合各项目的特点，进一步细化管理工作，最后才能按时保质的完成施工任务。本文主要讲述工民建工程在建筑行业中的重要性,承担着我国工业生产以及居民生活的建筑任务,对于国家的经济发展和社会的繁荣稳定具有十分重要的意义。

引言：施工企业为完成建筑工程项目的施工任务，在从一开始接受施工任务到工程交工验收完毕整个过程中，对施工对象、施工现场等方面的组织管理被称为建筑施工管理。建筑施工管理一般包括以下几个方面：签订合同、落实施工任务、进行施工前的各项准备工作、进行施工中的一般性准备工作、进行施工过程的协调和控制、加强施工现场的平面控制、保障良好的施工环境以及组织工程交工验收工作。随着我国经济的快速发展，在建筑施工管理上存在的一些问题就突现出来，应该引起我们的高度关注，并且提出相应的解决对策为建筑行业的发展提供有力的保障。
