摘要：建筑施工是一项复杂整体系统工程，每个环节有效实施对整个施工企业都有影响，然而施工现场的管理尤为重要。本文在分析施工现场存在的问题基础上，针对性的提出几点建设性意见，着重说明了施工现场管理的重要性，加强其动态管理，建立完整的管理措施，保证工程施工质量和人员的安全，以及按时完工，进而快建筑企业的发展。

Abstract: the construction is a complex whole system engineering, each link of the whole construction enterprise effective implementation have impact, however construction site management are particularly important. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction site, based on the specific puts forward some constructive Suggestions, the focus on the importance of the construction management, strengthen the dynamic management, the establishment of a complete management measures to ensure the construction quality and safety of personnel, and on time, and then quickly building the development of the enterprise.

施工现场管理制度包括：施工现场考勤制度、施工现场例会制度、施工现场档案管理制度、施工现场仓库管理制度、施工现场文明施工理制度、施工现场安全生产管理制度、施工现场保卫管理制度、施工现场消防管理制度、施工现场成本管理制度、施工现场质量管理制度等。要想有限的进行管理必须从这几方面入手，这是施工现场管理的本质，只有从本质入手进行深入的研究，才能解决实际问题，相关的制定措施才能得到保障。并且要将科学理论知识与实际情况相结合，不能使之成为纸上谈兵的无意义理论。

一、施工现场管理存在的问题

1、施工项目管理人员脱离岗位：管理人员不按照企业的规定坚守岗位，没有认清坚守岗位的重要意义，不尽受职责。在现场施工中，监理人员没有进行现场监理，那么会影响施工质量。如果现场施工中出现问题，不能及时发现现场的失误，不能及时的向上级汇报情况，会造成不必要的损失。……
