摘要：建筑装饰装修是以美学原理为依据，是艺术与技术的综合体。一定的装饰效果在相当大的程度上要依靠一定的技术手段来实现，因此需要利用各种装饰材料的特点，运用不断更新变化的设计技巧来实现这一项艺术性很强的作品。为此，沟通装饰设计，装饰材料与施工管理之间的关系，不断提高这方面的知识，掌握其内在施工关键性环节的管理，以促进我们在装饰装修施工中有针对性，有指导性的进行监督管理是非常重要的。

Abstract: the construction and decoration is based on aesthetics principle as the basis, is the combination of art and technology. Certain adornment result in to a large extent depend on certain technical means to realize, so need to use all sorts of adornment material characteristics, use continuously updated design skill to realize the change this a very strong artistic works. Therefore, communication adornment design, decoration materials and the relationship between the construction management, and constantly improve the knowledge, to master the key link of the inner construction management, in order to promote the construction of adornment decorates we have specific aim, have the guidance for the supervision and management is very important.

引言

人民生活水平不断地提高，对居住环境有了更高的要求，因此建筑装修工程也越来越受到人们的重视。建筑装修工程的核心是把握工程中的每个环节，对每项工作都做好监督排查，对可能出现的问题做出正确的判断，最大限度地提高工程的质量。但是要明确一个概念，施工管理并不仅仅是对工程的质量进行监督，其中还包括以质量为主体而相应展开的如施工进度，成本，人员配置，材料、安全等综合地管理。做好施工的管理工作既是对公司有着重大的意义，也是对管理人员的综合素质进行考验。

一、建筑装饰装修的内容及存在的问题

建筑装饰装修包括：抹灰，门窗，吊顶，饰面板，轻质隔墙，裱糊与软包，涂饰，幕墙及细部等9个子分部工程。其分部工程中还包含地面子分部工程，除了建筑装饰内容外，更加重视室内空问功能的分割与组合；……
