摘要：城市市政道路工程施工质量，直接影响到工程的成本、工期及使用寿命。建设工程质量关系到工程项目的社会效益、环境效益和投资效益,市政道路工程质量，关系到政府的形象和城市市容市貌，与市民生活息息相关。结合本人这几年来对市政道路工程质量监督管理的切身体会，提出一些合理化监督管理办法建议供大家参考，对提高市政道路工程质量有重要意义。

Abstract: the city road engineering construction quality, directly affect the engineering cost, time limit and service life. The quality of construction projects related to project social benefits, environmental benefits and investment returns, and municipal road engineering quality, relates to the image of the government and the city appearance ShiMao, and public life. Based on his own in the past few years to municipal road engineering quality supervision and management of the practical experience, the author put forward some reasonable supervision and management measures suggest for your reference, to improve the urban road project quality to have the important meaning.

随着城市发展，城市市政基础设施道路工程建设规模越来越多。建设工程质量关系到工程项目的社会效益、环境效益和投资效益,市政道路工程质量，关系到政府的形象和城市市容市貌，与市民生活息息相关。为做好市政道路工程质量监督管理工作，要以建设工程的实体质量是否形成为界线将其分为：一是施工前的质量监督管理、二是施工中的质量监督管理、三是竣工后的质量监督管理三个方面，是实现全面、全过程质量监督管理思想的具体体现。在具体监督管理过程中自始至终贯穿事前、事中、事后控制监督管理相结合的思想，把质量投入要素、质量转化过程和质量的过程产出、中间产出、最终产出的监督管理相结合，以投入监督管理和转化为过程监督管理为重点，保证产品优质质量，体现事前主动控制的监督管理思想，并且着重是对公众和社会可能产生不利影响因素的预控监督管理和中间监督管理。……
